Ignite is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") will provide you with information about the collection, processing and use of your personal data when using our website or web applications (altogether the "Site").  Please read this document carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your personal data in accordance with the applicable law.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you register on our website, subscribe to a newsletter or mailing list, respond to a survey, fill out a form, open a support ticket or otherwise when you enter information on our Site.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect certain types of information from and about users of the Site, including the following information:

  • Information by which you may be personally identified, such as name, e-mail address, or telephone number when you use any of our forums or subscribe to our newsletter;

Registration for our newsletter

If you have agreed to receive advertising about products, services or satisfaction surveys from one of our newsletters, Ignite will send you  communications to the e-mail address specified in the contact form.  By registering, you give us your consent to process the given data in order to periodically send the newsletter to the address you have given. Ignite will only use this information to communicate with you and provide you with our newsletters.. 

You may unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of each email. After unsubscribing your personal data will be deleted.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you for the following purposes:

  • to analyze, develop, improve and optimize the use, function and performance of our sites and products and services;

  • to manage the security and operation of our site, networks and systems; and

  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site features;

How do we protect your information?

Our Site is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do we use 'cookies'?

Yes. We use cookies and other technologies to automatically collect information about you. Automatically collected information may include information about our Site visitors and how they use our Site, such as IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, referring URLs, and pages or content viewed. Embedded scripts use programming code to collect similar information about your interactions with the Site. Embedded scripts are temporary and only active while you are interacting with our Site.

In certain situations, listed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to data portability. If the data is processed pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR (data processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising out of your particular situation. We will then no longer process personal data, unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for processing, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the person concerned, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can contact us concerning your rights at the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

Do we let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13?

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
